Beginning its journey in the year 2002 as a proprietorship entity, KC Dairy was started in the Dindigul district, in the Southern part of Tamil Nadu .The Company has been exploring the possibilities and potential of supplying Hygienic and High Quality Milk & Milk Products to the society.
The initial installed capacity of the plant located at Vedasandur produced 20,000 litres milk per day, the capacity was enhanced to 1,00,000 litres milk per day in 2008 and currently expanded to 2,50,000 litres per day. Currently, we have the capability to produce a wide range of Milk & Milk products, like Paneer, Dairy whitener, Skim Milk Powder, Butter, Ghee, Fermented products. The capacity expansion was necessitated with the goal of providing superlative quality of all the products, particularly in the Packaged Milk categories like KC+ Toned Milk, KC+ Standardised Milk and KC+ Full Cream Milk and for future product innovations. This particular plant conforms to ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2004, (Environment Management System) & ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety Management System) Certificates.
In 2012, a new plant was installed in Batlagundu, Dindigul District (Tamil Nadu) with a production capacity of 2,50,000 litres of milk per day.Both the dairy units have been established in a very good milk procurement belt of Tamil Nadu, where the milk procurement potential is in abundance and the quality of milk is superior. To encourage the farmers, we have been providing various Animal Husbandry inputs like Cattle feed, Artificial insemination and Veterinary support .
